Dales career in the financial services industry began in 1996 when she joined Pacific Coast Savings. After earning her CFP® designation, she launched Prosperity Planning in 2005. Recognizing the need for a more expansive understanding of senior and vulnerable clients, Dale earned her Elder Planning Counsellor™ certification. Dale is passionate about her work, and is well-respected by her clients colleagues and peers.

Courtney Castledine, QAFP™, CHS

Partner | Qualified Associate Financial Planner, Certified Health Insurance Specialist

Born and raised in Victoria, BC, Courtney joined Prosperity Planning in 2013 as an administrator. She was licensed in 2016, and earned her Certified Health Insurance Specialist designation in 2018. Most recently, Courtney completed her Qualified Associate Financial Planning Designation in 2022, and plans to complete her Certified Financial Planning Designation early 2023.

Jodi Mckeown

Client Services Coordinator

Jodi is our Client Services Coordinator, and has been working in the financial services industry since 1989. If you call our office, it’s likely that Jodi will be your first point of contact. She’s happy to get you booked in with one of our Financial Planners.

Jodi specializes in Group Benefit programs, assisting employees with their inquiries and claims, and provides plan administrator assistance. When not at work, you may find Jodi enjoying time with family at Cowichan or Shawnigan Lake. She has two grown boys, and happily calls the Westshore home.

Tahnee Deveau

Administrative Assistant

Tahnee joined Prosperity Planning as an Administrative Assistant in 2019. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, she has a wealth of knowledge. Tahnee was raised in Victoria BC, and has settled here in the Westshre with her family and three dogs – she’s not crazy, we promise!

In her free time, you can find her in the kitchen trying out new recipes, driving her son to and from the bike park, or hanging out with her family in the community she calls home.
